What you\'ll do

Responsibilities

• Develop prompt templates and multi-step chains tailored to business functions like sales enablement, support, and knowledge management
• Develop few-shot, zero-shot, and hybrid prompt patterns for enhanced reasoning and context retention; maintain prompt libraries with version control
• Implement LLM function calling to trigger APIs, databases, and internal tools; build tool-use pipelines within agent workflows Common
• Define agent personas, roles, and behaviors; manage multi-turn conversations, memory handling, and contextual continuity
• Tailor prompts for enterprise accuracy, privacy, fairness, and compliance; work with legal and security teams on hallucination, bias, and misuse risks
• Partner with AI Agent Engineers to integrate prompts into agent workflows and orchestration pipelines

What you\'ll need

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in NLP, AI/ML product development, or application scripting Unique
• Strong grasp of LLM capabilities and limitations (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Cohere) Unique
• Experience crafting prompts and evaluation methods for enterprise tasks
• Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen Unique
