This role makes key technical decisions, mentors junior team members, supports client coordination, and helps identify opportunities for additional services as projects progress.Responsibilities:Preparing construction staking calculations by reading plans and interpreting CAD filesCreating mapping deliverables including boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, plats, and legal descriptionsPost-processing field data collected via total station, GPS, levels, 3D laser scanners, and unmanned aerial systemsBuilding 3D models of sites and structures for owners, architects, engineers, and contractorsTravel to various job sites and offices may be required
