Position Summary
Join the Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Healthcare Benefits team as a Senior Project Program Manager for oversight of product, program, and project management. Leads the work and deliverables of multiple, complex projects or programs, through to implementation, that impact multiple processes, systems, functions, and products. Length of project may run multiple years in duration. Manage cross-functional business projects Identifies or serves as subject matter expert on key business projects and initiatives Develops and supports cross-functional management process to help business achieve growth objectives Develops experience and journey maps for key constituents Supports strategic planning process including collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and coordinate inputs and ensure alignment to enterprise priorities. Serves as resource to ensure compliance and appropriateness of key external communications Supports leader in managing team including town halls, team meetings, and culture initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Program / Project Management experience within the Healthcare industry.
- Proven project management skills working in a matrix organization.
- Proven track record in meeting business project milestones.
- Position may sit anywhere in US.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dental / Vision experience preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
