Senior Project Manager - Renovations + Restorations - Winter Park, FLResponsibilities:Provide oversight of projectsSupervise and direct overall project activities including planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures, and standards are maintainedManage project budget and schedulingSolicit and review material and subcontractor proposalsCoordinate the application and obtaining building permitsManage project documentation including submittals, RFI's and project meeting minutesConduct weekly progress meetings and prepare reports that keep the team well informed of the progress and challenges of each project.Manage subcontractors and negotiate matters relating to cost and scheduleMonitor activities to ensure work is progressing on schedule and within budget.
