As a Project Manager you will be working with multiple teams and projects at once, so a can-do attitude and ability to handle several projects concurrently is a must.As a Senior Project Manager, your responsibilities would include:Working with business and IT stakeholders to understand the program scope, business objectives, timeline, etc.Strategizing and outlining the goals and objectives of each program/projectOrganizing, planning and monitoring multiple inter-connected projectsDeveloping project charters, high level timelines, resources requirements, etc.Managing the day-to-day key activitiesCoordinating cross-project activitiesManaging issues and risks to minimize impact on programs/projectsAssisting in removing key obstacles that are currently impacting project successEngaging with and presenting to senior management on various program/project topicsReporting to senior management on program/project statusCoaching and mentoring project personnelThe ideal candidate for this position would also meet the following requirements:10 years of project management experience10 years of experience in the high-tech field3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment either as a Project Manager or a ScrumMasterAbility to work on multiple programs/projects concurrentlyStrong working knowledge of Microsoft ProjectExperience working independently, as well as in a team-oriented collaborative environmentStrong, clear communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesStrong leadership and organizational skillsPersuasive, adaptable, encouraging, and motivatingAn independent learner and self-starterAn eye for detail but able to see the big picturePrior business analysis experience is a plusA background in financial services is a plus
