We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager with 6+ years of digital project management experience in a creative agency. This client-facing role includes delivery ownership of Manifest’s most complex, multi-workstream projects, and hands-on project management of website builds and site migrations and management. This role reports to the Director of Project Management and can be based (hybrid) in our Chicago or D.C. office.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Manifest’s most complex, multi-workstream projects across key accounts, setting the standard for how projects are run, building plans in Asana, and leading internal kickoffs, milestone reviews and retrospectives.
• Determine and secure the right resources for each project, balancing capacity across the portfolio, and helping the team prioritize competing projects against approved scope and budget.
• Serve as the go-to escalation point for project risks and issues, resolving them with confidence and escalating systemic delivery issues to account leadership with recommended solutions.
• Contribute to and review scopes, estimates and change orders, and track and report project profitability, recommending adjustments as needed.
• Lead process improvement across the PM discipline by rolling out new systems, evolving playbooks and templates, and auditing project health across accounts.
• Operate as a strategic peer to the account team and department leads, stepping confidently into client-facing conversations (kickoffs, status meetings, presentations of timelines, estimates and risks) to support the account team, strengthen client relationships and build trust.

Requirements

• 6+ years of digital project management experience in a creative agency, including website builds, site migrations and maintenance, with a record of delivering complex, high stakes work on time and on budget.
• Expert-level Asana skills, with a track record of building plans, workflows and reporting that scale.
• Strong resource-management instincts: proven ability to balance capacity across competing demands and help teams prioritize.
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvements that were adopted across a team or department.
• Strategic thinker and expert problem-solver with excellent communication, listening and critical thinking skills, comfortable being client-facing, supporting the account team and presenting plans, estimates and recommendations to director-level client and internal stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with business, creative and technology teams to define requirements, navigate technical decisions and manage deliveries.

The annual salary range for this role is $105k - $115k in base pay, and the base pay offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on experience, skills, training, certifications, education, etc., and will be informed by market data.
