Job TitleResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Project Leadership & ExecutionLead all phases of CTG/CCGT project execution (development through COD)Manage EPC contractors and OEMs (e.g., GE, Siemens, Mitsubishi)Establish and maintain project scope, schedule, and budget (typically $300MM–$1B+)Ensure alignment with commercial, regulatory, and operational requirementsDrive decision-making and problem resolution across multidisciplinary teamsEngineering & Technical CoordinationIn collaboration with our project engineering team and Owner's Engineer, this candidate shall be knowledgeable on:Gas turbine and steam turbine specifications and integrationHRSG design and performanceBalance of plant (BOP) systems (cooling water, fuel gas, electrical systems)Phased construction approachGrid interconnection requirementsEnvironmental permitsAll applicable building and national codesConstruction Management dutiesOversee site construction activities for:Civil works and foundationsTurbine installation and alignmentHRSG erectionElectrical and I&C installationMonitor contractor productivity, safety, and quality performanceLead site progress reporting and milestone trackingHealth, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) dutiesChampion a strong safety culture and zero-incident mindsetEnsure compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsOversee environmental compliance during construction and startupQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or other related field of study RequiredMaster's degree or MBA (preferred)Experience10–15+ years of experience in power generation or heavy industrial projects7+ years managing large EPC projects ($100MM+)Demonstrated experience with:Gas turbine projects (Frame units, aeroderivatives)Combined-cycle plant construction (1×1 or larger)Proven track record delivering projects:On scheduleWithin budgetMeeting performance guaranteesKnowledge of gas system design and operations including gas flow, construction, contracts, and emergency response.Knowledge of local, state, and federal operating codes and construction codesProficiency with personal computers, construction scheduling software, Microsoft Excel, Power Point Presentations, and other computer softwareTechnical ExpertiseStrong understanding of:CTG and CCGT plant design and operationHRSG systems and thermodynamic cyclesHigh-voltage systems and grid interconnectionFamiliarity with OEM platformsCertifications (Preferred)PMP (Project Management Professional)OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certificationRequired Qualifications for PositionBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or other related field of study5+ years' experience managing construction related projects3+ years' experience working with pipeline construction contractors3+ years' experience working with project budgetsValid Driver's LicenseTravel Percentage: 30 - 40%Must possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skillsMust be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future$40 - $90 an hour Salaries for all positions are based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, total years of experience in the industry, education, skills, and qualifications.
