Salary Range: $125,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually
Qualified candidates will have a BSCE degree, Arizona Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer, or the ability to obtain same through reciprocity, plus a minimum of twenty (20) years of relevant experience in residential and commercial land development. Qualified candidates will also have a minimum of ten (10) years of management experience supervising the work of engineers, designers, and other project support staff.

* Supervision of engineering design teams
* Management of project schedules and budgets
* Preparation and management of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work
* Significant experience in client and public‑agency interactions
* Accepts and carries out responsibility for the design team's direction, control and planning; sets realistic goals, and makes plans independently
Candidates technical experience must include the following:
* Site assessment and the ability to perform engineering design studies
* Preparation/processing of all related improvement plans in support of private land development projects
* Ability to perform constructability reviews and site construction conformance evaluations
* Experienced in construction support services
* AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam experience
Additional Skills:
