OverviewThe Senior Project Manager – Cement & Aggregates will be based in Medley, FL, supporting projects across Titan America’s operations, including our flagship Roanoke Cement Company.This role leads the full lifecycle execution of capital projects—from feasibility through commissioning—ensuring delivery against safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives. The position operates as a key member of the Corporate Engineering team, partnering closely with Business Unit leadership, plant operations, procurement, and external engineering firms.ResponsibilitiesLead feasibility studies, including development of capital cost estimates, project schedules, and technical solutions that maximize return on investmentDevelop and evaluate engineering concepts; coordinate with internal teams and external consultants on detailed design and permitting activitiesDefine scopes of work and supply in partnership with Corporate and Business Unit procurement teams for equipment, construction, and installationEvaluate vendor proposals with a focus on life cycle cost, reliability, maintainability, and total cost of ownershipOversee project execution, including permitting, construction, installation, commissioning, and startupMonitor and report on project performance (cost, schedule, quality), providing clear updates to stakeholdersIdentify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery remains on trackSupport continuous improvement initiatives across capital project delivery and execution standardsTravel across Titan America operations (~25%) to support project oversight and field executionQualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplineMinimum of 10 years of experience managing capital projects in heavy industrial environments (cement, aggregates, mining, or similar sectors)Core CapabilitiesStrong understanding of industrial project delivery across multiple engineering disciplinesExperience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar)Knowledge of BIM 360, Navisworks, or similar tools is a plusFamiliarity with cement manufacturing processes, equipment, and key vendors preferredExperience in terminal (import/export) construction is advantageousDemonstrated ability to lead complex projects independently while influencing cross-functional stakeholdersStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsProven track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellenceUncompromising commitment to safetyCertifications (Preferred)Professional Engineer (P.E.) licenseProject Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certificationJob SummaryPosting Location : Location: US-FL-MedleyCategory: EngineeringPosition Type: Full-TimeWorkplace Type: OnsiteSeniority Level: Mid-Senior level
