Primary Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex, cross-functional IT projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and status reports.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance against established objectives.
- Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement across Agile teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, and escalations to senior leadership.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered within approved timelines and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large, complex IT infrastructure or software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile teams.
- Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision.
