They are currently on the market for a strong Senior Project Manager who has previous experience within Residential or Commercial construction . - Holds a four-year degree in construction management or construction engineering .
- Proven track record of leading teams to success and profitability .
- At least 10 years of project management experience , handling contract values ranging from $10 million to $100 million .

- Resolves warranty issues promptly and efficiently.
- Completes general administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Participates in or leads presentations and negotiations with owners and clients.
- Oversees design development, budget planning, and project scheduling.
- Supervises a team of Project Engineers, Senior Project Engineers, Project Managers I & II, and Project Assistants as needed.
- Leads the development of procurement strategies, including bid preparation, negotiation, and subcontract awarding.
- Ensures project closeout activities are completed in accordance with company standards and timelines.
