They are actively seeking a Project Manager to add to the growing team.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Provide input to sales and operations regarding the technical and business considerations for construction or direct owner projectsEnsures all project documents, estimates, and other information are all available to all necessary personnel to maximize productivityAccurately forecast costsCoordinate with subcontractors and internal team to maximize cash flow and efficiencyProvide leadership to others in trainingReview all engineered submittals ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and customer expectations and location standards.Education Qualifications:High School Diploma requiredBachelor's degreeDemonstrate proficiency in the MS Office suiteExperience Qualifications:5+ years of related industry experienceThorough understanding of relative operations or special systemsStrong communication skillsPrior experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contractsDemonstrated sales successExceptional skills in relationship management, communication, and problem solvingBenefits Offered:Competitive target base salaryHealthcare Benefits / Retirement Plan
