Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for the administrative and technical management of Clark projects. The Senior Project Manager functions as the point person for the project and steers the project forward. Successful candidates will be able to share their passion for and dedication to getting the job done.ResponsibilitiesSupervise all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule.Have thorough knowledge of company's contracts and understanding of all parties involvedSecure all required permits and verify insurance coverage for subsSchedule and facilitate all project meetings required to successfully coordinate work activitySupervise and manage project team membersTrain and develop direct reports utilizing on the job and internal and external training or development opportunitiesHave thorough knowledge of all major project issues and priorities; prepare and submit monthly job status reportsProvide general administrative and technical leadership for the project. Maintain all project records and monitor correspondenceSupervise close out of projectDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with counterparts at owner and engineering firmsParticipate in proposals and presentations as requestedBasic QualificationsUndergraduate degree required in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field or relevant experience. Graduate degree in engineering or business a plus5-9+ years construction experience required; working for a general contractor on water/wastewater treatment facilities highly preferred. For this role the base salary range is $110,000 - 225,000.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
