Senior Project Manager (Experienced Project Managers Also Encouraged to Apply)
Compensation: $160,000–$180,000 + Benefits + Vehicle + 401(k) Match + 5 Weeks PTO
A leading general contractor in the Boise market is adding a Senior Project Manager to its team as part of continued growth (candidates at the standard Project Manager level are also welcome to apply).

The right candidate will take full ownership of ground-up projects from kickoff through closeout, working alongside experienced Superintendents and project teams.

Responsibilities
- Direct all aspects of project management — budget, schedule, and resource planning — from start to finish
- Coordinate closely with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving and maintain quality standards
- Evaluate plans and specs to catch potential issues early and suggest improvements
- Oversee quality control and manage project staff to stay on schedule and within budget
- Handle contract review, change orders, and other key project documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Ground-up project experience in commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction
- Bachelor's degree helpful but not required
