Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, a minimum of ten years of experience in project management and a Professional Engineer license. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work well with others.• Operational:Responsible for financial performance of a division (office or practice area) of designated market segmentTrack monthly workload to coordinate staffing needs with the Market Segment Lead (MSL) and recommend staff changes as neededMentor project managersTake on project manager assignmentsReview and approve all contracts and seek input from MSL as appropriateAccountable for project teamsEffectively coordinate division (office or practice) activities with the MSLAccountable for Project Manager/Client Manager performanceAccountable for pricingResponsible for client profitabilityAssist the Project Manager in A/R and invoicingApprove training/seminars and memberships with annual budget and coordinate with other Practice Leads/Senior Project Managers within the market segmentResponsible for Utilization and Projects in TroubleApprove time sheetsAccountable for consistent technical project approach across market segment• Sales/Business Development:Responsible for client satisfactionReview all proposal scope, pricing and other contentSolicit input on major pursuits from MSLResponsible for division SalesResponsible for sales efforts, proposal preparation and presentations and budgetsSolicit input from Practice Leads on specialty productsCoordinate client entertainment activitiesResponsible for new client contact developmentReview RFPs and assign to the appropriate Project ManagerCreate the best project teamsResponsible for division growth initiatives• Corporate:Identify and recommend training, seminars and conferences to MSLSupport the MSL in developing Business Plan goalsMaintain a safe working environmentEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering requiredSkills/Experience:10+ years of related experience requiredLicensed Professional Engineer requiredAbout Wade TrimWade Trim is committed to maximizing the value of infrastructure investments.
