Senior Project Manager – Commercial Mitigation & ReconstructionA well-established, multi-state restoration services provider is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial mitigation and reconstruction projects across the Southeast. This individual will operate remotely in the Atlanta market during early-stage market expansion, with future transition into a physical office environment. This role is designed for a high-level operator who can manage large losses, drive project execution, and maintain strong client relationships across projects ranging from $50K to $2M.Key Responsibilities:Oversee full lifecycle management of commercial mitigation and reconstruction projectsManage project scopes, budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performanceLead estimating efforts using industry-standard platforms and methodologiesCoordinate mitigation, reconstruction, and transition phases seamlesslyMaintain consistent communication with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholdersEnsure documentation, compliance, and reporting meet industry and company standardsDrive profitability through cost control, scope accuracy, and operational efficiencySupport regional growth initiatives and help establish operational presence in new marketsRequired Experience:Proven experience managing commercial restoration projects in the $50K–$2M rangeStrong background in both mitigation and reconstructionDemonstrated expertise in estimating (Xactimate or similar platforms)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with insurance carriers and adjustersStrong leadership and communication skillsPreferred Profile:Experience working in multi-state or regional restoration operationsBackground supporting market expansion or new office launchesHigh level of ownership, accountability, and operational disciplineLocation: Remote (Atlanta market preferred) Future transition to in-market office environmentCompensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary + performance incentives Full benefits package Growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding regional platform
