The Senior Project Manager works with the Superintendent to coordinate subcontractors and suppliers and to meet all contractual responsibilities.

This position is also responsible for creating bid packages, completing bid analyses, and creating subcontracts for all scopes of work.Role and ResponsibilitiesMay manage one large project or several projects, depending on dollar value and complexityRead, understand, and interpret plans, specifications and contract documentsBe able to perform all Project Engineer duties. Mentor and train Project Engineer(s) on assigned projects and tasks.Partner with the Project Superintendent(s) to manage all field and office operations for the projectBe able to create bid packages that fully describe and delineate scope of work quickly, efficiently, and accuratelyBe able to accurately compare bids and create a thorough bid analysis for each work systemBe able to create subcontracts for all scopes of work in a timely fashionResponsible for the financial performance and reporting for projectsManage and comply with project budgets; understand what is/is not included in the budgetCommunicate, document, and track changes to the budget, process changes to client and subcontractors promptlyResponsible for flow of communication for a project including, but not limited to, RFIs, submittals, updating documents, maintaining accurate and detailed meeting notes and conversation Ensure the input of all the data into the appropriate Procore sections.Assist the Superintendent in updating schedules and assuring contractual responsibilities are metEstablish documentation and administrative procedures for the project regarding contracts and construction documentsUnderstand the big picture of the project(s) and of CCI including accounting, invoicing, GL codes, sales tax laws, master subcontracts, insurance, L&I, and safetyUnderstand the complications of billing requirements for client and client's financial institutionFamiliar and proficient with different contracting models including lump sum, cost plus and GMPBIM experience a plusMaintain a minimum of 40 billable hours per weekThis is a fully onsite positionHiring RequirementsBachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering or related Preferred5 years of progressive construction experience as project engineer, project manager or superintendent for a general contracting firmExperience leading teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with field staff, architects, engineers, and ownersGood understanding of all construction means and methodsExcellent bidding and estimating skillsExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, NavisworksValid Driver's License and dependable transportationPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Able to stand and walk for a 10-12-hour dayAble to lift 50 lbs, including overheadAble to perform physical and repetitive motionsAble to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or continuous basisAble to see, talk, and hearAble to climb permanent and temporary stairsAble to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under constructionAdditional Training/CertificationThe following certifications are required for this position. If an employee does not have the certifications, they will be required to obtain them within 6 months of the date of hire or transfer into the position.CCI Annual General Construction Safety TrainingFirst Aid/ CPR CertificationOSHA 10 CertificationCompensation and BenefitsThis is a full-time position, requiring occasional evening and weekend work. The annual salary for this position is $130,000 –$165,000 DOE.

Employees are eligible to designate how much they would like to contribute to their 401K account starting their first day of work. CCI offers a 401k match program, matching up to 4% of the employee's annual pay.Cell Stipend: You are eligible to receive a $500/year cell phone stipend, paid quarterly at the end of each quarter. You must be employed during the entire quarter to be eligible for that period.
