Senior Project Manager - Pharmaceutical Construction
Location: Tarrytown, NY
Schedule: Hybrid / Onsite
Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000 + Benefits
We're conducting a confidential search for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale pharmaceutical and life sciences construction projects. This individual will oversee projects from planning and design through construction, commissioning, validation, and final delivery while serving as a key client-facing leader.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience managing complex projects in FDA-regulated, GMP-compliant environments who thrives in a fast-paced, highly technical setting.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of project management experience leading capital construction projects
- 5+ years supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences facilities
- Experience managing projects valued at $20M+
- Strong knowledge of GMP environments, FDA regulations, validation, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, and project risks
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- PMP certification and CQV experience are highly preferred
