This leadership role oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout, driving successful outcomes while providing strategic direction to project teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who excels at managing large-scale projects, building strong client relationships, mentoring team members, and delivering exceptional results safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic planning and execution of flagship construction projects.
- Manage comprehensive project finances, including high-level risk assessment and mitigation.
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to foster professional growth.
- Act as the executive liaison for high-profile clients and institutional partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Ten or more years of experience in construction management with a track record of large-scale success.
- Advanced certification (such as Project Management Professional) is preferred.
