Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction

This role is responsible for leading and managing design-build projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. It requires strong leadership to coordinate teams, manage subcontractors, oversee budgets, and maintain client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The position involves proactive planning, risk identification, and continuous monitoring of schedules, costs, and project performance. Success in this role depends on effective communication, accountability, and the ability to drive profitability while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Job Requirements

• Manage all phases of projects including pre-construction planning, execution, and closeout activities.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Conduct regular site visits, quality inspections, and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure client satisfaction, safety compliance, and timely billing and payment follow-ups.

Job Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in construction or design-build environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
