Senior Project Manager - Mechanical Construction - TRAVELING

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale commercial mechanical construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing new construction projects, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of large-scale commercial mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in mechanical construction project management, with a focus on large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $1350K-$160K (DOE)
