This role is responsible for managing HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring safety compliance, quality standards, budget adherence, and timely completion. The Senior Project Manager will lead project teams, oversee financial and procurement activities, and maintain strong client relationships while supporting sales and business development initiatives.ResponsibilitiesProvide project management support throughout all phases of HVAC construction projectsManage and enforce safety compliance, promoting a culture of safety on all job sitesOversee scope of work, document control, and review processesSupport scheduling, field resource allocation, and workflow coordinationLead procurement planning, vendor coordination, and materials managementOversee financial management, cost control, and reportingSupport estimation and bidding processes as neededDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teamsContribute to the sales process and business development effortsRequired Qualifications8+ years of project management experience in construction8+ years of experience with mechanical systems, including HVACStrong ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specificationsProficiency with design techniques, tools, and construction principlesKnowledge of company operations, business finance, customer relations, and project sales strategiesFamiliarity with legal aspects of the construction industryWillingness to travel as neededEducation and/or ExperienceBachelors degree preferred, but all education levels considered with relevant experienceNice to HaveExperience in business development and project sales strategiesStrong background in business administration and management principlesFamiliarity with construction-related legal considerationsThis is an opportunity to take ownership of complex mechanical construction projects and play a critical role in client satisfaction and project success.
