Senior Project Manager - Mechanical Construction - Indianapolis

Gryphon Oakwood are partnered with a leading mechanical contractor who have a national presence. They are seeking to grow their Indiana division and need an on-site PM to help deliver a crucial project.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day execution of mechanical construction projects.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control and financial performance.
• Coordinate HVAC, piping and plumbing scopes.
• Work closely with Superintendents and field teams to maintain schedule and productivity.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, change orders and project documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors and project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and resolve issues before they impact cost or schedule.
• Support projects from preconstruction and handover through closeout.

Experience Required

• Proven Project Management experience within commercial or industrial mechanical construction.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, piping and/or plumbing systems.
• Experience managing project financials, forecasting and change management.
• Ability to work effectively with field construction teams.
• Strong communication, organization and client-management skills.
• Experience delivering large or technically complex projects is preferred.
