Senior Project Manager, Landscape Construction

Pay range: $90,000 – $112,000 per year

What You’ll Do:
- Project Execution : Oversee 3–5+ crews, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality exceed expectations.
- Team & Site Leadership : Mentor managers, ensure safety, and coordinate job site issues with proactive solutions.
- Strategic Operations : Design efficient processes, track costs, and shape the division’s future.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years managing large-scale landscape construction projects ($250K+) , leading diverse crews, and using project management platforms.
- Deep knowledge of landscape/hardscape techniques, OSHA 10/30 familiarity, and a resilient, proactive builder’s mentality.
- Bachelor’s in Landscaping, Construction Management or equivalent.
