Senior Project Manager – Land DevelopmentManage and deliver land development projects including stormwater management, grading, water/sanitary sewer, and erosion/sediment control designLead project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and budgetsOversee quality control and ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirementsPrepare proposals, scopes, budgets, and manage project financials (invoices, receivables)Build and maintain strong client relationships, while pursuing new business opportunitiesMentor, hire, and train new staff to grow a high-performing civil/site development teamProvide oversight and guidance on permitting and construction activitiesBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)Professional Engineer (PE) license10+ years of site design experience in land developmentExpertise in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrologic analysis, grading, and site developmentProficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience preferred)Knowledge of city, county, and state land use processes and regulations (NC experience preferred)Strong leadership, client management, and financial management skillsAll applicants must be able to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
