Senior Project ManagerFull-TimeIrvine, CA, USSalary: $110,000 - $130,000 AnnuallyLocation: Irvine, CAType: Full-TimeDepartment: ArchitectureRole OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee all architectural aspects of project development, from design through construction documents and specifications. This role manages multiple project teams simultaneously (typically 3-4+ projects), establishes project objectives, and ensures deliverables are completed on schedule and budget. You will lead client relationships, mentor staff, and contribute to business development activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Team LeadershipEstablish project objectives and specify strategies to achieve deliverables outlined in scopeLead, direct, and coordinate team members and consultants from inception through completionManage project teams, assign and mentor staff, and make authoritative project decisionsMonitor time and budget using Deltek, advising Leadership as requiredClient Relations & Business DevelopmentEstablish and facilitate client and internal meetings; manage client relationshipsParticipate in reviews with governing agencies for code complianceContribute to proposals, RFPs, charrettes, design competitions, and business developmentMaintain awareness of project schedules, fees, budgets, and pricing strategyTechnical & DocumentationReview and prepare construction documents for accuracy across all disciplinesWrite and edit architectural specifications; coordinate legal parameters with ownersApply working knowledge of MEP systems and codes (IBC, CBC, ADA, Title 24, BOMA)Manage construction administration including RFIs, RFPs, change orders, and submittalsQualificationsRequiredDegree in Architecture from an accredited institution or equivalent experienceLicensed Architect in CaliforniaMultifamily residential project experience15+ years of experience in a professional architecture officeAdvanced proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Bluebeam, and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, time management, and organizational skillsPreferredNCARB CertifiedExperience managing multiple concurrent projects and large teamsWhat This Role OffersSenior leadership role with direct reporting to PrincipalsOwnership of multiple high-profile projects simultaneouslyBusiness development involvement and client relationship managementEqual Opportunity EmployerMVE + Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
