The Senior Project Manager must be able to lead people, oversee multiple projects, recognize problems early, challenge project teams, develop PMs and APMs, and take ownership of overall project performance.
The right candidate understands that successful project leadership requires balancing:
Safety + People + Client + Schedule + Cost + Contract + Quality + Risk + Profitability
This individual should be comfortable moving between the jobsite, project financial review, owner meeting, schedule discussion, contract negotiation, and employee coaching conversation.
The expectation is simple: build strong teams and deliver successful projects.
