Senior Project Manager II

Senior Project Manager IILAUSD's facilities program is one of the largest in the country, delivered under DSA oversight. As a Senior Project Manager II, you sit above the project level, providing construction oversight to Owner's Authorized Representatives and steering the District's largest and most complex programs.You resolve the hard problems: complex disputes, change orders with district-wide impact, and cost and schedule variances across a portfolio. You develop and monitor OAR performance, review progress against schedules, and provide functional direction over cost control, dispute resolution, contract administration, and quality control.You work across District branches and departments, support bid and contract planning with Regional Directors, perform fiscal management across multiple projects, and help shape the internal policies and procedures the program runs on.Responsibilities include:Construction oversight of OARs and the largest, most complex programsResolution of complex project issues, disputes, and high-impact change ordersOAR performance: development, assignment, and monitoringProgress against construction schedules and variance monitoring across the portfolioFunctional direction over cost control, dispute resolution, contract administration, and quality controlFiscal management across multiple projects and coordination across District branches
