This role provides strategic project leadership, overseeing budgets, contracts, schedules, and team coordination while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Project Manager also mentors project team members and helps drive consistency and excellence across the organization.What You'll DoLead all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction, design coordination, procurement, construction, and closeoutOversee budgets, cost projections, pay applications, change management, and financial reportingDirect subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract executionPartner with superintendents and preconstruction teams to develop schedules, sequencing plans, and project strategiesCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design and construction challengesEnsure quality, safety, and contract compliance across all project activitiesManage risk by proactively identifying issues and implementing mitigation strategiesMentor and support Project Managers and project team members to strengthen overall performanceWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)10+ years of commercial construction experience with proven success leading complex projectsStrong expertise in project financial management, contracts, scheduling, and construction operationsIn-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, codes, and documentation processesExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor othersThe O-A-K AdvantageWe offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including but not limited to salary, 401(k) profit sharing, paid time off, health insurance.
