Senior Project ManagerThe Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major ground-up development projects from preconstruction through completion. The initial assignment will be a high-profile $50M hospitality development located in the Greensboro market.This individual will serve as a key leader coordinating internal development teams, consultants, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the company's quality standards.The ideal candidate is a strong construction leader with experience managing large commercial or hospitality projects and the ability to operate effectively in an owner/developer environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of project management from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and reportingCoordinate with ownership, design teams, consultants, and subcontractorsDrive project planning, procurement, and risk management effortsMonitor construction progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standardsManage change orders, cost control, and forecastingProvide leadership to project teams and field personnelSupport ongoing development initiatives across hospitality, multifamily, and commercial sectorsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferredProven experience managing large-scale commercial construction projectsHospitality project experience strongly preferredExperience with multifamily or mixed-use developments is a plusStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage complex projects in a fast-paced development environmentExperience working closely with ownership and development teams preferredProficiency in project management and scheduling softwareBenefitsCompetitive base salary: $140,000 – $160,000Performance-based bonus opportunityVehicle allowance/company vehicleComprehensive health and benefits packagePaid time off and holidaysLong-term growth opportunities with an expanding developerOpportunity to lead marquee projects with direct executive visibility
