We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team.Responsibilities:Align resources for optimal results across the divisionGenerate and maintain correct and timely project informationDevelop a thorough understanding of the contract documentsDevelop the overall project plan and set expectations for the project teamCreate the preliminary project schedule and update progress as requiredPerform job setup for the project including contract review, cost codes, and budget developmentCatalog and track submittals, RFI(s), PCO(s), quantities, and equipmentPerform subcontractor and supplier buyout for the project and approve invoices weeklySubmit all information and questions to the customer necessary for efficient executionSubmit timely pay applications while keeping Accounts Receivable currentParticipate in the planning & measurement processResponsible for the supervision, direction, communication, and development of the project teamMaintain customer relationships by staying engaged throughout the projectQualifications:8+ years of heavy civil construction project management experienceProven experience managing federal (DOE/DOD preferred) projectsStrong financial acumen and cost control experienceProficiency in scheduling and project management systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lead teams in structured, compliance-driven environmentsWilling to travel on a per diem basisExperience with NQA-1 is a plusRequirements:Must have valid driver's licenseMust be a U.S. citizenMust participate in pre-employment and random drug screening programSubject to a background screening processTo be considered for this position, you must first complete our Culture Index personality survey.
