Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and support work streams within a broader program driving a large-scale Finance transformation. This role is accountable for delivering successful transitions and integrations, managing direct and indirect resources across geographically dispersed locations, and partnering with local and regional senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable operating with minimal oversight, and has a track record of delivering major change initiatives spanning people, process, technology, and real estate to achieve a Target Operating Model end state.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management (40%)
• Communicate multi-region and cross-functional project activities to key stakeholders and team members
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and programs
• Select and apply project implementation documentation, including toolkits and migration schedules
• Escalate risks and their business impact to management to support project facilitation

Strategic Portfolio Support (40%)
• Develop strategic documents including business cases, assessments, communication plans, and detailed project plans
• Present project updates and deliver senior-level presentations to Finance leadership
• Support and lead decision-making processes for assigned programs/projects; facilitate problem-solving on key items
Controls & Compliance (20%)
• Adhere to established project controls across all assigned projects
• Proactively identify and resolve issues; manage deliverables, risks, and mitigation plans
• Escalate issues to management and ensure change control processes are functioning and aligned across functions

Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years of project/program management experience delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives
• Proven experience leading large change, transition, and integration programs
• Solid risk, governance, and project controls management, including escalation and change control processes
Candidate Profile
• Ability to manage geographically dispersed direct and indirect teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills across regional and functional lines
• Self-starter capable of driving initiatives to completion with minimal direction
• Experience with Target Operating Model transitions spanning people, process, technology, and real estate
