Your key responsibilities include:Lead task order proposal development and support Program Managers in project executionManage project teams (design, technical, and administrative staff) and oversee all project facets through subordinate managers and supervisorsEstablish project-specific objectives, policies, and deliverables in partnership with Project Directors and Senior ManagersMonitor project financials, schedules, and quality standards; report performance metrics to senior leadershipReview and manage contracts, subcontracts, and subcontractor performance throughout project lifecycleCoordinate design activities, resolve field-initiated questions, and facilitate design review meetingsMaintain client relationships and lead client discussions regarding project scope, terms, and progressAdminister projects from budgeting and procurement through contract closeout with significant profit/loss responsibilityDemonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and remote collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)Manage services during construction, including RFI responses and submittal reviewsQualificationsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture or engineering plus a minimum of ten years of related experience managing multidisciplinary projects, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationRegistered Architect or Professional EngineerExperience with DoD projectsExperience in developing design reports, drawings, and specificationsPreferred Qualifications15 plus years of relevant experience in design management and resolving issues or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationExperience negotiating project scope, fees, managing project financial performance, and ensuring fiscal responsibility for projects through the design processRevit and BIM experience as well as experience in Photoshop, Microsoft OfficeSupport projects within the last 10 years through all phases of design and constructionAdditional InformationSponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this positionRelocation is not available now or in the future
