Deputy Design-Build Program Manager - FederalHuitt-Zollars, Inc has full-time opportunity for a licensed Civil Engineer to operate as a Deputy Design-Build Program Manager located in Fort Worth office. The successful candidate will bring at least 10 years of Civil Engineering Project Management experience with Federal clients. Must have Project Management experience in Federal, Institutional, or Public Works clients. The ideal candidate will be a registered Professional Engineer.Location: Fort Worth, TexasEmployment Type: 40 FT HoursCompensation Type: SalaryRegistration(s): Professional Licensed Engineer in the state of TexasEducation: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in EngineeringTitle: Associate Vice PresidentDuties:Manage multi-discipline design teams and design-build/alternative delivery projects, providing design services and oversight to Federal and/or public sector clientsWork directly with clients and directing a project staff with varied levels of experience and expertiseDuties include initial project research, preparation of proposal/contract, preparation of project work plan and schedule, plan production and management of plan production staff, plan processing and management of plan processing efforts, construction administration and project close out effortsCoordinate client management and marketing efforts for future workTrain staff and review work for quality assuranceConsistently deliver proactive communication with clients.
