NOVA Parks is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex capital and improvement projects across our regional parks, trails, and facilities. In this mission-driven role, you will plan and manage the full project lifecycle, from scoping, budgeting, and scheduling to contractor selection, construction oversight, and closeout. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, local jurisdictions, consultants, and community partners to ensure projects align with conservation, safety, accessibility, and visitor-experience goals.
