Escalate issues to the BILH IT Support Services VP as needed. Create a Smartsheets-based project plan and manage and report on that plan weekly.Day to day tasks: Learn the Support Services organization, setting up and run meetings. Update and report on project plan deliverables.
Whatever else the VP deems needed relating to this project.
