Senior Project Manager - Electrical Construction

We are partnering with a rapidly growing electrical contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth market seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial and mission critical projects throughout DFW. This is a local role with no travel requirements, allowing you to stay close to home while managing some of the region's most significant projects.

The Opportunity

As Senior Project Manager, you will provide leadership across multiple commercial and mission critical projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will play a key role in driving project success, developing project teams, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

• Data Centers
• Mission Critical Facilities
• Large Commercial Developments
• Corporate Campuses
• Higher Education Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple electrical construction projects simultaneously
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, budgeting and cost control
• Manage project teams including Project Managers, APMs and field leadership
• Build and maintain strong client, consultant and subcontractor relationships
• Drive schedule performance and project execution
• Support preconstruction efforts, estimates and client pursuits
• Mentor and develop future leaders within the business
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget

Requirements

• 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience
• Proven experience managing large commercial and/or mission critical projects
• Strong financial and operational management skills
• Experience leading project teams and developing personnel
• Excellent client-facing communication abilities
• Stable career history with reputable electrical contractors
• Strong understanding of electrical construction processes from preconstruction through project completion
