This individual will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This role requires a technically strong and highly organized professional with deep drywall expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing project performance and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all phases of drywall construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractorsReview and manage all contract documents to ensure full compliance and risk mitigationServe as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholdersOversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services to meet project schedulesManage submittals, shop drawings, and samples to ensure timely approvalsTrack fabrication and delivery of materials to maintain schedule adherenceDevelop, manage, and report on project budgets, forecasts, and cost-to-completeIdentify and drive opportunities to improve project profitabilityLead project meetings and represent the company in all external interactionsEnsure timely processing of change orders, billing, and collectionsMaintain accurate Schedule of Values and ensure projects are not underbilledChampion safety and quality control initiatives across all projectsMentor and develop junior team members and project staffBuild and maintain strong relationships to support business development and recruiting effortsRequirements7+ years of project management experience in drywall constructionStrong understanding of drywall systems, workflows, and technical executionProficiency in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and contract documentsExperience with construction estimating tools (On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBid preferred)Experience with project management platforms such as Procore and Autodesk BuildProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlBenefitsCompetitive base salary ($160,000–$200,000)Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) – ownership opportunityComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysCareer advancement opportunities within a growing divisionProfessional development and leadership growthCollaborative, team-oriented culture with strong leadership support
