The role may also be responsible for building routines across multiple horizontally aligned teams.Description Senior Project and Program ManagementThe Project, Program Manager is a leader who can drive teams to execute in ambiguous, challenging environments with minimal oversight. While having a strategic view, the ideal candidate should also be tactical and detail driven with the ability to clearly communicate both horizontally and vertically as necessary. The Project, Program Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the program/projects assigned to include the following;Key Responsibilities and DutiesPartner with assigned teams to build out project plan to include identification of workstream deliverables, owners, and delivery timingCoordinate project meetings, document project status reporting, and other relevant project manager dutiesDevelop, or participate in the creation of, project documentationEnsure action items, risks, issues, and dependencies are identified and properly documentedCoordinate the development of go-to- and/or mitigation plans in partnership with assigned teamsEstablish, communicate, and maintain schedules and/or trackers for all phases of the assigned programManage high-level milestone plans as necessary for stakeholder audiencesCommunicate progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key project to team and key stakeholdersPerform additional project tasks/activities as assignedEducational RequirementsUniversity (Degree) PreferredWork Experience3+ Years Required; 5+ Years PreferredPhysical RequirementsSedentary Work
