Lead full lifecycle management of large-scale data center construction projects, from preconstruction through final delivery Drive project planning efforts, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution Oversee financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and contract administration Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership Manage procurement processes and negotiate agreements with vendors and trade partners Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks, resolving issues, and maintaining timeline integrity Champion safety initiatives and enforce compliance with all regulatory and site-specific standards Lead and mentor project teams, fostering accountability, communication, and high performance Ensure successful project closeout, including documentation, quality assurance, and client satisfaction
8 or more years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, with a focus on data centers or other mission-critical facilities
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation, and project execution
Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams and coordinating diverse stakeholders
Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced project environments
Flexibility to travel to regional project sites as needed
