About the role
The Senior Project Manager supports program management on data center design and construction engagements — managing schedules, budgets, vendor coordination, and client reporting across active projects.
What you will do
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk registers for data center construction programs
- Coordinate between A&E firms, contractors, equipment vendors, and client stakeholders
- Track long‑lead procurement and material delivery schedules
- Facilitate design review meetings and document action items and decisions
- Produce weekly and monthly program status reports for client leadership
- Support commissioning planning and execution
- Manage RFI and submittal processes between design and construction teams
What we need
- 6+ years in project management for data center, mission-critical, or large commercial construction
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and data center construction sequencing
- Proficiency with project management tools: MS Project, Procore, or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with commissioning and acceptance testing
- Familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier standards
