Senior Project Manager (Data Center Construction)

• Drive contractor accountability, performance, and schedule recovery across large-scale capital developments
• Oversee active facility infrastructure upgrades, ensuring zero disruption to live operations
• Deliver high-level status updates, progress dashboards, and risk mitigation briefings to C-suite leadership
• Manage local municipal coordination, plan approvals, and inspection workflows to keep critical path timelines
• Serve as lead administrator for PMIS platform (Procore) tracking budgets, change management, and logs
• Enforce contract compliance, quality control, and rigorous multi-stage equipment testing protocols

KEY SKILLS

• At least 10 years of PM experience with 5 or more years dedicated to high-availability mission-critical, colocation, or carrier-grade facilities
• Proven track record leading recovery strategies and schedule realignment on major capital builds
• Advanced hands-on experience configuring enterprise PMIS software, dashboards, and financial logs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for direct owner updates and high-stakes briefings
• Deep knowledge of MOP authoring, phased utility tie-ins, and risk protocols in active critical infrastructure
