Senior Project ManagerIf you are a Senior Project Management professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Cudahy, WI location, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of Engineer to Order (ETO) projects and other project types while creating an exceptional customer buying experience. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of challenging client engagements across multiple accounts.

You will work closely with sales, application engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, planning, purchasing, production, finance, logistics and field services for the successful delivery of client projects.As the Senior Project Manager, you will:Be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling complex Refrigeration, Gas Compression and other strategic projectsEnsure accountability across the organization to deliver to our customers' expectations - clearly communicate to all functional areas the critical path to meet customer expectationsManage changes to the project scope, schedule, resources and costsPerform risk management to minimize project risks and resolve critical problems as they ariseBuild, develop, grow and maintain customer, vendor and other business relationships vital to the success of the project and VilterMaintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating with customers and colleaguesMaintain and improve project, program and portfolio management processes and tools as necessary to drive the development processTrack industry trends, relevant legislation and competitor activities at a high levelCoach, mentor, motivate and positively influence project team membersRequired education, experiences & skills:Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a technical field (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or PMP Certification7+ years of professional work experience4+ years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing organization, preferably HVAC industryExperience managing project team sizes of 10+ or moreExperience managing mid-scale, complex projects often involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and matrix partners.Experience managing projects with budgets up to $750,000 and project timelines that typically span up to 12 months to completionDemonstrated proficiency in Project Management software packages, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office Suite productsStrong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to concurrently manage multiple projects & priorities.Demonstrated experience influencing without formal authorityRequires a valid passport and US Driver's LicenseAbility to travel up to 15%Preferred education, experiences & skills:Project Management Professional (PMP) CertificationRefrigeration industry experience or oil & gas industry experienceExperience in project management, statistical and business analysis, and people management in a manufacturing organizationTraining and significant practical experience in Lean/Six-Sigma tools and a variety of project management methodologiesOutstanding relationship management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated example of taking initiative with a solid work ethicExceptional communication skills, well developed listening skills, and ability to interpret business and/or client needs
