Senior Project Manager - Construction Materials Testing

BLE is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Project Manager in our Construction Materials Testing (CMT) team in Jacksonville, FL. You will lead the delivery of testing and special inspection projects, coordinate with clients, field and lab personnel, and ensure work is on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include business development, proposal preparation, and maintaining client relationships, with mentoring of engineers and technicians.
