Experience and Skills you need:
- 5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Commercial construction background preferred
- Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordination with Superintendent on schedule management
- P&L management and cost analysis
- Negotiate and facilitate Change Orders
- Design-Build experience a plus
- Business Development and client retention
- Estimating experience nice to have
- Starting salary ranges up to $150,000, depending on experience
