Senior Project Manager – Construction Interiors | New York City | Up to $220,000
A leading Construction Interiors General Contractor is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join their growing New York City team due to a strong pipeline of Construction Interiors projects across Manhattan and the wider NYC market.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with Construction Interiors experience to work on high-end commercial interior fit-outs, workplace renovations, tenant improvements, and Construction Interiors projects throughout New York City.
Responsibilities
- Managing Construction Interiors projects from preconstruction through completion
- Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day Construction Interiors activities
- Running OAC meetings and maintaining client relationships
- Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Working closely with Superintendents and leadership teams on Construction Interiors projects
- Delivering Construction Interiors projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a Project Manager working for Commercial Interior General Contractors in New York City
- Strong Construction Interiors project experience
- Experience managing commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple Construction Interiors projects simultaneously
