- Lead project buyout, subcontractor coordination, procurement, and long-lead purchasing.
- Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Administrators.
- Help establish standardized project management processes, reporting, scheduling, forecasting, and project startup/closeout procedures.
- Contribute to the development of the GRIT Construction Playbook and company-wide operational standards.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, software implementation, KPIs, technology initiatives, and continuous improvement.
- Help build strong subcontractor and vendor relationships as GRIT expands into new projects and markets.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of construction project management experience.
- Experience with ground-up BTR, multifamily, townhomes, production homebuilding, custom residential, or stick-frame construction required.
- Experience managing multiple projects and project teams.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, buyout, job costing, and change management.
- Proven ability to lead and develop Project Managers and project teams.
- Experience improving processes or helping build systems within a growing construction organization is highly preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed.
What We're Looking For

This is an opportunity to have a meaningful voice in how GRIT operates and grows, backed by the resources and pipeline of Goldenrod Companies .
