In this role, you'll oversee a $240mil emergency operations center project from an owner's perspective, providing project management and ensuring that project meets internal requirements. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be involved from the initial planning stages and will be responsible for assuring the project is completed per schedule within cost limitations.Your ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment.Here's what you'll need:Minimum of 8 years of experience managing numerous projects including project planning, reviewing project schedules, project controls, reporting, resource management, and construction document reading and interpretation.Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certification in related field or 4 years additional experience8+ years experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building rehabilitation projects4+ years experience as a Project ManagerMust be able to manage large capital project using established controls/procedures and provide project leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers, and resolve any critical issues pertinent to the projectExperience managing projects with high levels of integrated technology systems.OSHA 30 Certification or completion within 30 days of employmentValid driver's license and reliable transportationEmployment will require successful completion of a background checkIdeally, you'll also have:Working knowledge of Primavera P6 softwareBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or ConstructionCertified Construction Manager (CCM) certification*Sponsorship is not available for this position*Posted Salary Range: Minimum 160,000.00 Posted Salary Range: Upper 200,000.00Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
