Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction Projects

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project
• Manage the financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors, Client relationships
• Deliver a safe, quality outcome that meets or exceeds Company commitments
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning
• Manage the Project Budget and understand the management of the Contract delivery type
• Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner
• Ensure accurate, timely and pertinent monthly project reports and cost reviews
• Communicate and manage mitigations plans for all Risk Log items with project leadership
• Build and maintain strong customer relations with subcontractors, vendors and Client

Requirements

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience
• 8+ years of experience.
• Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
• Influences outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.
• Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary.
