$150,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

My client is one of the oldest, most reputable general contractors in the Chicagoland area, completing roughly $700M in annual revenue. Due to their company reputation, culture and diverse project sectors, they are continuing to grow their project pipeline and are looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through close-out
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and risk management plans
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Oversee procurement, contract negotiations, and change orders
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress and safety compliance
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior staff
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and financial tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft tools
• Willing to commute to Downtown Chicago area
